Abstract

Podľa zadania sa jedná o budovu určenú pre potreby veslárskeho klubu, ktorá by mala slúžiť ako ich tréningové zázemie, so šatňami a miestnosťami pre stretnutia. Snahou pri návrhu bolo vyhovieť týmto požiadavkám a zabezpečiť vodákom vhodný tréningový priestor. Navrhovaná budova je umiestnená nad konečnou zónou tréningového kanálu, ktorý by mal taktiež vzniknúť na riešenom pozemku. Tvar budovy odpovedá snahe dosiahnuť čo najlepšie výhľady a vhodnú orientáciu miestností. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádzajú spoločenské miestnosti a šatne pre športovcov, posilňovňa a tréningový bazén. Zo šatní vodákov je prístup cez krytý vonkajší priestor do skladu veslárskych lodí. Časť podlažia je určená pre verejnosť ak by mal klub záujem prenajímať telocvičňu, ku ktorej náležia samostatné šatne. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží je umiestnená rekreačná zóna s miestnosťou pre maséra a fyzioterapiu, sauny a k nim prislúchajúce šatne. Z priestoru kde sú sauny sa vychádza na terasu na vegetačnej streche odkiaľ je výhľad na rieku a breh oproti.

According to the assignment, it is a building meant for the needs of members of the rowing team, and should act as their training facility, with dressing rooms and spaces for meetings. It was important to fulfill these requirements and design a suitable space for the rowing team. The planned building is situated above the finishing strip of a training canal, which should also be built on the development site. The shape of the building corresponds with effort to gain the best views and a suitable orientation of the main rooms. The ground floor includes meeting rooms and dressing rooms for the athletes, a gym and a training pool. Storage for rowing boats is accessible through a sheltered outside space straight from the dressing rooms. Portion of the first floor could be accessed by the public if the club would be interested in renting out the sports hall with its own set of dressing rooms. The second floor includes a space for recreation, it contains a room for massage and physio, saunas and their adjacent dressing rooms. From the sauna you can come out onto a terrace on a green roof and enjoy a view of the river and the opposite bank.
