Abstract

Předmětem této závěrečné práce je výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Je zjištěno, jakým způsobem lze dosáhnout zlepšení procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců na základě provedené analýzy a dotazníkového šetření. Výsledkem této práce je doporučení změn těchto procesů vedoucím k lepšímu fungování podniku.The main subject of this thesis is the choice and the adaptation of employees in the chosen company. It is found out how it is possible to reach improvement in selection process and adaptation of employees, based on the analysis and the questionnaire survey. The result of the thesis is the recommendation changes to these processes leading to the better functioning of the company.
