Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je popis a vyhodnocení použitých zdrojů financování stavební zakázky, návrh možných alternativ financování a závěrečné vyhodnocení použitých finančních zdrojů vůči alternativním zdrojům. Teoretická část pojednává o soukromých a veřejných zakázkách, investičním rozhodování, zdrojích financování stavební zakázky a dotační politice státu. Praktická část popisuje soukromou zakázku firmy. Analyzuje financování zakázky a vyhodnocuje použité finanční zdroje vůči alternativním.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate the used sources of financing the construction contract, to propose possible financing alternatives and final evaluation of used financial resources against alternative sources. The theoretical part deals with private and public procurement, investment decisions, sources of financing the construction contract and state subsidy policy. The practical part describes the company's private contract. It analyzes the financing of the contract and evaluates the financial resources used against the alternative.
