Abstract
Súčasťou objektu je podzemné parkovanie, fitness centrum so saunovým svetom, kaviareň a co-livingové ubytovanie prispôsobené potrebám mladých profesionálov.
The proposed site is located in the dynamically developing district of Trnitá in Brno. The core idea of the urban concept is to create an extensive network of public spaces that are not only aesthetically appealing but, above all, meaningfully serve people, with a strong emphasis on greenery, urban life, and active use of the environment. The housing concept targets the young generation under the age of 30, offering accessible and flexible forms of living in the spirit of co-living. Within a block of seven buildings, the focus is placed on the design of a multifunctional structure that integrates communal living with public space, providing a functional balance between privacy and social life. The aim is to create an inclusive and sustainable environment that fosters social interaction, sharing, and active leisure. The building includes underground parking, a fitness center with a sauna world, a café, and co-living accommodation tailored to the needs of young professionals. Shared spaces such as coworking zones, communal kitchens, and green roofs with terraces reinforce the sense of community and offer residents spaces for relaxation, togetherness, and self-expression. Commercial spaces accessible to both residents and the surrounding community invite people to remain within the urban structure and support the lively character of the streets and public areas.
