MĚSTSKÝ DŮM NA NÁBŘEŽÍ V PŘEROVĚ

Abstract

Návrh budovy je zásadně ovlivněn lokalitou, které velmi dominují fenomény nábřeží a nároží. Vzhledem k nim se návrh snaží akcentovat horizontalitu a zároveň výrazně definovat nároží jako významný orientační prvek ve městě. Funkčně je návrh jako celek rozdělen jednotlivými podlažími na parter sloužící obchodu , dvou nadzemních obytných podlaží s různorodou skladbou bytů a jedním podlažím podzemního parkování. Dvůr domu slouží k odstavnému parkování a vstupu do obytných podlaží domu.The concept of the building is mainly affected by the locality, where the river and the corner are the main phenomens. Because of it, is the design trying to accent the horizontality and at the same time define expressive the corner, as an important orientation point in the city. The functions are divided by floors. The first floor is dedicated to market function, the second and third floor are flats and the underground floor is used as a underground garage. On the yard is partially parking area and the entrance to flats can be found there.
