Abstract
Cieľom tejto práce je riešenie mestského domu na nábreží rieky Bečvy v Přerove. Na najkrajšej parcele, okolo ktorej raz možno budú plávať remorkéry je miesto pre bývanie pre obchod, kultúru a stretnutie. Presne tak ako to s ozajstným mestským domom býva.
The aim of the thesis is to find out the solution of a townhouse building at the riverbank of Bečva in Přerov. On the most beautiful plot, which the tugboats will be once hopefully passing around, is a place for dwelling, culture and meeting as it is supposed to be with a true townhouse.
