Řešení technologické etapy hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v Otrokovicích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem technologického postupu při provádění hrubé vrchní stavby polyfunkčního bytového domu v Otrokovicích. Jedná se o zdění nosných i nenosných svislých konstrukcí, provedení železobetonových překladů, sloupů, překladů a stropů. Obsahem práce je technická zpráva se zaměřením na danou technologickou etapu, řešení dopravních tras, technologický předpis pro danou etapu, řešení organizace výstavby včetně situace, návrh strojní sestavy, bezpečnost práce řešené technologické etapy, kontrolní a zkušební plán, výkaz výměr, rozpočet, harmonogram a porovnání hydraulického manipulátoru a samostavitelného jeřábu.The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the technological process in the execution of the gross overhead construction of a multifunctional apartment building in Otrokovice. These are the brickwork of load bearing and non-load-bearing vertical structures, the execution of reinforced concrete translations, columns, translations and ceilings. The content of the thesis is a technical report focusing on the given technological phase, solution of the transport routes, technological regulation for the given stage, technical report of the construction site including the situation, design of the machine assembly, safety of the solved technological phase, control and test plan, report statement, budget, schedule a comparison of the hydraulic manipulator and self-construction crane.
