Závěrečnou práci obhajovala přesně a srozumitelně. Z jejího přednesu bylo patrné, že k řešeným úkolům přistupovala zodpovědně. Cíle práce byly splněny. Na otázky komise odpověděla pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta závěrečné práce odpověděla správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že diplomantka svou závěrečnou práci obhájila.cs

dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá postupem při financování rekonstrukce rodinného domu. Jedná se o konkrétní situaci, kdy investor je kvůli obecnému nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů smyšlený. Rekonstruovat se bude rodinný dům z roku 1935. Z důvodu stáří některých konstrukcí se investor rozhodnul pro provedení rozsáhlé rekonstrukce, kterou bude muset financovat pomocí cizích zdrojů. Vybráno bylo financování rekonstrukce hypotečním úvěrem, kde jsou uvedeny možné varianty splacení. Práce se zaměřuje na ocenění rodinného domu před rekonstrukcí, během rekonstrukce a na ocenění budoucího stavu po rekonstrukci. Závěrem bude zhodnoceno, jestli provedená rekonstrukce byla pro investora výhodná.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the procedure for financing the reconstruction of the family house. This is a particular situation where the investor is fictional because of the general data protection regulation. The family house from 1935 will be reconstructed. Due to the age of some constructions, the investor decided to use extensive reconstruction which he will have to finance using foreign sources. It was chosen the financing of reconstruction by the mortgage loan where possible variants of repayment are presented. The thesis focuses on the valuation of the family house before reconstruction, during the reconstruction and on the valuation of the future after reconstruction. At the end is presented whether the reconstruction was for the investor beneficial.en
