dc.description.abstract	Témou bakalárskej práce je Rezidenčný bytový dom spracovaný na úrovni projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavieb. Objekt je rozdelený do troch blokov A, B, C a do dvoch navzájom nezávislých dispozičných celkov. Prevažná časť je určená pre bývanie a je tvorená desiatimi bytovými jednotkami, ktoré sa nachádzajú v bloku A a B. Ďalej sú tu umiestnené dve nadzemné garáže v bloku A. Druhú časť objektu tvorí prevádzka, kaviareň, nachádzajúca sa v prvom nadzemnom podlaží v bloku B. Obe zóny majú oddelené vstupy a neobmedzujú sa v prevádzke. Objekt je atypického tvaru so štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami a jedným podzemným. Podzemné podlažie je navrhnuté s nosnou konštrukciou z liateho železobetónu. Nadzemné časti sú navrhnuté z ľahčených liaporbetónových tvárnic. Konštrukcia stropov je riešená ako kombinácia monolitických železobetónových dosiek spolu s filigránmi z liaporbetónu a nadbetonávky z betónu. Strešná konštrukcia je navrhnutá ako jednoplášťová plochá strecha. Celý objekt je zateplený kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of the bachelor thesis is elaboration of the complete project design documentation of a residential apartment house, ready for implementation in the construction phase. The object is divided into three blocks A, B, C and into two independent layout units. The prevailing part of the building is predominantly designed for housing, and is made up of ten apartments located in blocks A and B. Additionally, there are two aboveground garages in block A. The second part of the object comprises a cafeteria located and operated on the first floor above ground in block B. Both zones of the building have separate entries and are without any mutual limitation to their independent operation. The building is of atypical shape with four above-ground floors and one underground. The underground floor is designed with a load-bearing support construction of cast reinforced concrete. The above-ground parts are designed from lightweight Lia autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The ceiling constructions are designed as a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, together with filigree of Lia autoclaved aerated concrete and over-concreting. The roof structure is designed as a single-shell flat roof area. The entire building is insulated with External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS).	en
