dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je řešení novostavby objektu vinařského centra u obce Němčičky v okrese Břeclav. Práce rozvádí a upřesňuje architektonickou studii, vypracovanou v rámci předmětu AG32 v zimním semestru 2. ročníku, do stupně Dokumentace pro stavební povolení a Dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Zadáním práce bylo navrhnout novostavbu centra vinařství a vinařské turistiky jižně od obce Němčičky. Mělo se jednat o dominantní stavbu na návrší vinice, kolem které vedou vinařské turistické stezky. Toto vinařské centrum mělo popularizovat místní vinařskou výrobu a lokalitu známou jako Modré hory. Součástí stavby měla být výroba elektrické energie, nejlépe na bázi větru a také vyhlídka, která by z celého centra vytvořila zajímavou turistickou destinaci. Koncept návrhu byl založen na duchovní symbolice, kdy se z vína stává jádro všeho. Stavba má svým hmotovým řešením přestavovat chrám, kde rozhledna je poutačem a majákem, který svolává své ovečky a zároveň poskytuje pohled do krajiny pokryté révou. Návrhem je dvoupodlažní objekt vinařství sloužící jako prostor k prezentaci značky, prodeji a degustaci vín a rozhledna, která je volně přístupná veřejnosti. Vinařství je řešeno jako rámová dřevostavba se zelenou střechou a lamelovou fasádou, což podporuje spojení mezi přírodou, vínem a stavbou samotnou. Rozhledna je ocelová s dřevěným laťovým obkladem, který obě stavby propojuje.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this Bachelor Thesis is the design of the new building of the winery center near the village Němčičky in the district Břeclav. The Bachelor Thesis expands and specifies an architectural study which I drafted as my AG32 course during the winter semester of my second-year study up to the level of Documentation for Planning Permission and Documentation for Execution of the Project. The assignment was to design a new building of the winery and winery center, south of the Němčičky. It was supposed to be a dominant building on the hillside of a vineyard, which leads around the wine-growing hiking trails. This winery center should popularize local wine making and a location known as the Blue mountains. The building should be able to produce of electricity, preferably on the wind base. Next there should be a lookout tower that would create an interesting tourist destination from whole center. The design concept was based on spiritual symbolism, where wine became the core of everything. The building should its mass solution to be a temple, where the lookout tower is a banner and a beacon, which the summons its sheep while providing a view of the country covered with vineyard. The design is two-story object of winery serving as a place to present the brand, sale wine and wine tasting. The tower is freely accessible to the public. Center is wooden frame structure with a green roof and lamellar facade, which supports the connection between nature, wine and the building itself. The lookout tower is steel with wooden lathing that connects both buildings.	en
