Polyfunkční dům Brno - Líšeň

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby polyfunkčního domu v městské části Brno-Líšeň. Řešené území je vymezeno ulicí Josefy Faimonové a okolní zástavbou. V blízkosti objektu se nachází zejména bytové panelové domy. Princip návrhu spočívá v začlenění objektu do prostředí v kontextu nejbližší zástavby. Svým tvarem ani materiálovým řešením stavba území uměle nedominuje a zakomponováním do svahu se přizpůsobuje okolnímu terénu. Samotný objekt polyfunkčního domu je rozčleněn do několika funkčních jednotek, které spolu úzce souvisí a vzájemně se doplňují. V budově se nachází kavárna, pronajímatelné jednotky využitelné především jako komerční či administrativní prostory, ordinace lékařů a podzemní parkoviště pokrývající potřeby celého objektu. Polootevřené atrium je navrženo pro odpočinek a pohyb osob a společně s úpravou předprostoru stavby by mělo přispět k vytvoření veřejného prostoru využívaného obyvateli sídliště.The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a new polyfunctional building in the city district of Brno-Líšeň. The area is defined by Josefy Faimonové Street and surrounding buildings. There are primarily concrete blocks of flats located in the neighbourhood of the object. The principle of the design lies in including the object into its environment in the context of its closest surroundings. The building does not dominate the given area by its shape nor by the choice of materials. Its integration into the slope allows the building to adapt to the surrounding terrain. The object of the multifunctional house is divided into several functional units which are closely related and complete each other. There is a café, leaseable premises suitable mostly for commercial or administrative usage, doctors’ offices and an underground car park situated in the building. This car park would be able of covering the needs of the whole object. A semi-closed atrium is designed for relaxation and access and, together with the modification of the space in front of the building, it should contribute to creating public space used by the residents of the housing estate.
