Přístavba domu s pečovatelskou službou

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace přestavby a přístavby stávajícího objektu za účelem jeho využití jako domu s pečovatelskou službou. Řešený objekt se nachází v intravilánu obce a navazuje na stávající zástavbu. Návrh cílí na potřebu dostupného a bezbariérového bydlení pro seniory s důrazem na funkční provozní uspořádání, orientaci uživatelů v prostoru a kvalitní vazby na okolní prostředí. Objekt je navržen jako kombinace původní stavby a nové přístavby, kladen je důraz na čitelné odlišení staré a nové konstrukce při zachování architektonické soudržnosti celku. V objektu jsou navrženy bytové jednotky pro seniory pro rozšíření kapacit objektu, společné prostory, technické a provozní místnosti. Hlavní vstup je řešen bezbariérově s návazností na společenské a čekací prostory. Nosný konstrukční systém původní stavby je zachován, nová část je navržena jako zděná konstrukce z keramických tvárnic, s železobetonovými stropními konstrukcemi. Objekt je založen na betonových základových pásech. Střešní konstrukce nové části je řešena jako plochá jednoplášťová střecha s vegetační skladbou. Návrh klade důraz na technickou proveditelnost, splnění požadavků bezbariérového užívání, požární bezpečnost, energetickou nenáročnost a dlouhodobou udržitelnost objektu.The aim of this master‘s thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for the reconstruction and extension of an existing building intended for use as a residential care home. The building is located within the built-up area of the municipality and follows the existing development. The design responds to the need for accessible and barrier-free housing for seniors, with an emphasis on functional operational layout, clear spatial orientation for users, and high-quality connections to the surrounding environment. The building is designed as a combination of the original structure and a new extension, with an emphasis on the clear distinction between the existing and new constructions while maintaining overall architectural coherence. The project includes residential units for seniors to increase the capacity of the facility, shared spaces, as well as technical and service rooms. The main entrance is designed as barrier-free, with direct connections to social and waiting areas. The load-bearing structural system of the original building is preserved, while the new part is designed as a masonry structure made of ceramic blocks with reinforced concrete floor slabs. The building is founded on concrete strip foundations. The roof structure of the new part is designed as a flat single-layer roof with a green roof system. The proposal emphasizes technical feasibility, compliance with accessibility requirements, fire safety, energy efficiency, and the long-term sustainability of the building.
