Bydlení pro seniory, Brno - Líšeň

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem sociálního bydlení pro seniory v městské části Brno – Líšeň. Celkový koncept zahrnuje dva objekty sociálního bydlení, přičemž tato práce se zaměřuje pouze na spodní objekt, který je součástí první fáze výstavby. Navržený objekt má jedno podzemní a pět nadzemních podlaží. Na základě požadavků investora bylo vytvořeno 52 bytových jednotek s maximální kapacitou 64 osob. S ohledem na zvýšený počet obyvatel v této lokalitě bylo do návrhu zahrnuto i podzemní parkování. Polovina objektu je určena k bydlení, zatímco druhá polovina slouží jako prostor pro volnočasové aktivity seniorů. V parteru se nacházejí komerční prostory, které mají přispět k oživení lokality a podpořit komunitní setkávání. Součástí práce je také návrh předprostoru bydlení pro seniory. Hlavním architektonickým prvkem stavby je skleněné organické zábradlí s dichroickou fólií, která zvýrazňuje linearitu celé budovy. Díky fólii, která mění barvy od modré přes růžovou po fialovou, působí stavba živě a proměnlivě, což může pozitivně ovlivnit náladu seniorů a zpříjemnit jim prostředí. Tento prvek harmonicky zapadá do barevného kontextu okolních budov.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of social housing for the elderly in Brno - Líšeň. The overall concept includes two social housing buildings, while this thesis focuses only on the lower building, which is part of the first phase of construction. The proposed building has one underground and five above-ground floors. Based on the investor's requirements, 52 housing units were created with a maximum capacity of 64 persons. Due to the increased number of residents in the area, underground parking has been included in the design. Half of the building is intended for housing, while the other half serves as a space for leisure activities for seniors. The ground floor contains commercial space to help revitalize the site and encourage community gatherings. The work also includes the design of the building's forecourt, focusing on pedestrian pathways and public space. The main architectural element of the building is a glass organic railing with a dichroic foil that enhances the linearity of the whole building. Thanks to the foil, which changes colours from blue to pink to purple, the building looks lively and changeable, which can positively influence the mood of the seniors and make their environment more pleasant. This element fits harmoniously into the colour context of the surrounding buildings.
