Abstract

Publikace je určena studujícím, kteří potřebují získat hluboké znalosti v oblasti organizace, řízení a především samotného provádění znalecké činnosti. Jsou v ní zohledněny změny, které do našeho právního řádu zavedl nový zákon o znalcích, znaleckých kancelářích a znaleckých ústavech, zákon č. 254/2019 Sb., účinný od 1. 1. 2021. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na ujasnění zásad, které se vztahují přímo k řešení znaleckých problémů a zpracování znaleckých posudků. Publikace je však uspořádána tak, aby soustava poznatků v ní obsažených byla využitelná nejen při výkonu činnosti znalecké a expertní, ale i při výkonu povolání, ve kterých se využívají výsledky těchto činností pro realizaci právního jednání nebo pro další rozhodovací činnosti občanů, firem a institucí.The publication is intended for students who need to gain in-depth knowledge in the field of organization, management and, above all, the actual implementation of expert activities. It takes into account the changes introduced to our legal system by the new Act on Experts, Expert Offices and Expert Institutes, Act No. 254/2019 Coll., effective from the 1st of January 2021. Particular emphasis is placed on clarifying the principles that relate directly to the solution of expert problems and the preparation of expert opinions. However, the publication is arranged in such a way that the system of knowledge contained therein is usable not only in the exercise of expert activities, but also in the exercise of professions in which the results of these activities are used for the implementation of legal actions or for other decision-making activities of citizens, companies, and institutions.
