Obnova renesanční radnice v Hostěradicích

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování dokumentace pro DPS – dokumentace pro povolení stavby. Bakalářská práce vychází z předmětů: BGA026 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby 3; BGA043 – Komplexní projekt; BHB046 – Poruchy a obnova stavu; BGA042 – Detail v architektuře 2. Řešený objekt se nachází na náměstí v centru obce Hostěradice. Historická památka byla postavena kolem roku 1514 a následně byla doplňována různými přístavbami a zdobením. V průběhu let došlo k různým dispozičním a konstrukčním změnám. Budova renesanční radnice je v současnosti využívaná jako obchod a sklad potravin a jako tělocvična s posilovnou. V minulosti se na řešeném pozemku nacházely řadové domy. Dnes se na místě nachází greenfield s posezením na okraji pozemku. V bakalářské práci je na tomto místě navržen park s hřištěm a místem na stánek. Pozemek je vizuálně rozdělen na úseky: park, menší náměstí, komunikace a řešená budova. Původní myšlenka zástavby je v bakalářské práci zachována a rozvíjena. Nová nástavba nad jevištěm vychází ze vzhledu radnice z 19. století. Moderní přístavba respektuje historickou radnici a obohacuje interiér bohatým výhledem do okolí. V severním křídle bylo vybudováno nové schodiště, které umožňuje bezproblémové propojení všech nadzemních pater. In the past, terraced houses were located on the subject property. Today, there is a green meadow with a seating area on the edge of the property. In the bachelor's thesis, a park with a playground and a place for a stand is designed at this location. The land is visually divided into sections: a park, a smaller square, a road and a planned building. The original idea of the development is preserved and developed in the project. The new attic above the stage is based on the appearance of the town hall from the 19th century. The modern extension respects the historic town hall and enriches the interior with a rich view of the surroundings. A new staircase was built in the north wing, which enables seamless connection of all above-ground floors. There is a new sanitary facility on the ground floor, the gym remains on the 2nd floor, the attic is a new playroom with access to the attic.
