Rešerše měřících systémů a metod automatické kontroly obrobků u obráběcích center

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ustavováním nově vkládaných obrobků do obráběcích center a měření během i po skončení obrábění. Tento proces se děje za použití kontaktních sond a bezdotykových měřících zařízení. Výsledkem jsou základní informace o principu funkce měřících sond, přenosu naměřených dat a popis prvků potřebných ke správné funkci sond.This bachelor thesis deals with locating new workpieces inserted into the machining center and measurements during and after the machining. This process is going on using contact probes and contactless measuring devices . The result is basic information about the function of the principle of measuring probes, the transmission of measured data and a description of the elements necessary for the proper functioning probes.
