Návrh velkokapacitního zásobníku nástrojů

Abstract

Cílem této práce je návrh jedné části systému automatické výměny nástrojů pro těžké obráběcí centrum na nerotační součásti. Bakalářská práce byla zadána ve spolupráci se společností TRIMILL, a.s.. První část se věnuje důkladné analýze řešená problematiky a obsahuje obecný úvod od systémů AVN a jejich základní rozdělení. Druhá část se zabývá návrhem variant a poté je proveden konstrukční návrh vybraného řešení manipulátoru včetně dimenzování hlavních částí. Součástí práce je 3D model a výkresová dokumentace.The aim of this thesis is to design one part of a system for the automatic exchange of tools on a heavy machining center for non-rotating parts. This thesis was commissioned in cooperation with TRIMILL, a.s.. The first part is devoted to a thorough analysis of the issues addressed and contains a general introduction to AVN systems and their basic divisions. The second part deals with the various options of design and is followed by an engineering design of the chosen solution including the dimensioning of the main parts. The work includes a 3D model and drawings.
