Příprava staveb a zařízení staveniště

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou přípravy stavby a zařízení staveniště. Je rozdělen na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V úvodní teoretické části je popsána příprava stavby, která zahrnuje předinvestiční a investiční fázi, včetně části týkající se předvýrobní a výrobní přípravy. Dále pojednává o zařízení staveniště, kde jsou rozebrány jeho jednotlivá dělení, části, funkce, objekty a další související technické prvky. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která se zabývá zpracováním návrhu plánu organizace výstavby pro konkrétní stavební projekt s názvem „Apartmánové domy U Dolu“. Jedná se o výstavbu tří apartmánových domů situovaných ve městě Harrachov v Krkonoších. Zahrnuje situační výkres zařízení staveniště a technickou zprávu, v níž jsou řešeny hlavní prvky výstavby.This thesis deals with the issues of construction preparation and site equipment. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The initial theoretical part describes the preparation of the site, which includes the pre-investment and investment phases, including a section on pre-production and production preparation. It also deals with the site facilities, discussing its various divisions, parts, functions, objects and other related technical elements. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which deals with the preparation of a draft construction organisation plan for a specific construction project called "Apartment houses U Dolu". It is a construction of three apartment houses situated in the town of Harrachov in the Giant Mountains. It includes a location drawing of the site facilities and a technical report in which the main elements of the construction are addressed.
