Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku včetně návrhu implementace strategické metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem výkonnosti podniku působícího ve zdravotnickém sektoru a následným návrhem implementace metody Balanced Scorecard. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska. Ve druhé části je provedena strategická a finanční analýza vybraného podniku. V závěrečné části je uveden návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard, která je rozdělena do čtyř perspektiv. Vzájemné vazby těchto perspektiv jsou znázorněny prostřednictvím strategické mapy a realizovatelnost zavedení je podpořena sestaveným harmonogramem ve formě Ganttova diagramu. Cílem implementace této metody je zlepšení výkonnosti podniku a jeho příprava na plánované změny v podnikovém prostředí.This Master’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the performance of a company operating in the healthcare sector and on the subsequent proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part presents the theoretical background. The second part contains a strategic and financial analysis of the selected company. The final part introduces the proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method, which is structured into four perspectives. The interrelationships between these perspectives are illustrated using a strategic map, and the feasibility of implementation is supported by a timeline prepared in the form of a Gantt chart. The aim of implementing this method is to improve the company's performance and prepare it for planned changes in the business environment.
