Pavlačový bytový dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby pavlačového bytového domu, který je situován v současné zástavbě krajského města Jihlava. Řešený bytový dům má tři nadzemní podlaží, ve kterých se nachází celkem devět bytových jednotek. Dispozice bytového domu řeší taktéž úložné prostory, které jsou umístěny v rámci komunikačních schodišťových částí, ze kterých je přístup na společnou pavlač orientovanou na severní stranu objektu. Hlavním architektonickým prvkem objektu jsou pavlače, jejichž konstrukce je v moderním provedení doplněna o bezpečnostní výplňové sklo žlutozelené barvy. Celkový charakter objektu podtrhují závěsné balkony, které jsou orientovány na jižní stranu směrem k veřejnému prostoru, ve stejném barevném provedení jako pavlač. Při návrhu objektu byl kladen důraz zejména na zvýšený komfort a moderní využívání pavlačových domů. V neposlední řadě bylo přihlíženo k energetické náročnosti objektu, která se vyrovná dnešním standardům.The bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of a gallery access bulding, which is situated in the middle of the regional town of Jihlava. The resolved apartment building has three above-ground floors, which have a total of nine residential units. The layout of the apartment house also resolves the storage spaces, which are located within the communication staircase parts, from which access to the common access gallery is oriented towards the north side of the building. The main architectural feature of the building is the access gallery, whose construction is in the modern design supplemented with a safety glazing of yellow-green color. The overall character of the building is underlined by the suspender balconies that are oriented to the south side towards the public space, in the same color as the gallery. When designing the building, emphasis was placed on the increased comfort and modern use of gallery access bulding. Last but not least, the energy demands of an object that is equal to today's standards have been taken into account.
