Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na meranie a hodnotenie finančnej výkonnosti spoločnosti EQUUS a.s. v rokoch 2019 až 2023. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných častí. Prvá časť sa venuje teoretickým východiskám finančnej analýzy, vrátane definícií, klasifikácie ukazovateľov a metodických prístupov. Druhá, analytická časť, predstavuje spoločnosť EQUUS a.s. a pomocou metód uvedených v teoretickej časti sú vypočítané a interpretované konkrétne absolútne, rozdielové a pomerové ukazovatele, ako aj modely finančného zdravia. V záverečnej časti sú na základe výsledkov analýzy predstavené konkrétne návrhy na zlepšenie finančnej situácie podniku vrátane odporúčaní zameraných na likviditu, zásoby a modernizáciu webovej prezentácie.The bachelor’s thesis focuses on measuring and evaluating the financial performance of EQUUS a.s. during the period 2019 to 2023. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background of financial analysis, including definitions, indicator classification and methodological approaches. The second, analytical part introduces EQUUS a.s. and, using the methods described in the theoretical part, calculates and interprets specific absolute, differential and ratio indicators, as well as financial health models. In the final part, based on the analysis results, concrete proposals are presented to improve the company’s financial condition, including recommendations focused on liquidity, inventory management and the modernization of the company’s web presence.
