Motivace a etické otázky ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá motivací a etikou ve stavebním odvětví. Úkolem této diplomové práce je zjistit úroveň a případná specifika motivace a etiky ve stavebním podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění základních pojmů tykajících se problematiky daného tématu. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou stanoveny pracovní hypotézy, jejichž správnost je ověřovaná formou dotazníkového šetření a doplněna o řízený rozhovor. Dotazníky jsou určeny stavebním podnikům a řízené rozhovory jsou vedeny formou polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky stavebních firem. Na základě tohoto jsou následně potvrzeny či vyvráceny hypotézy. Dále jsou na základě průzkumu vyvozeny dílčí závěry a doporučení, která by pomohla zlepšit situaci ve stavebních podnicích.This thesis deals with motivation and ethics in the construction industry. The goal of this thesis is to determine the level and potential specifics of motivation and ethics in the construction company. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of basic terms related to the topic. In the practical part of the thesis hypotheses are set, and their correctness is verified through a questionnaire survey and supplemented by a directed interview. Questionnaires are destined for construction companies and direct interviews are conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with the staff of construction companies. Based on this the hypotheses are then confirmed or disproved. Furthermore, based on these surveys, conclusions and recommendations that would help to improve the situation in construction companies are deduced.
