| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku strukturálních fondů EU a jejich využití při rozvoji infrastruktury malé obce. Práce vychází z úvodních teoretických poznatků, po kterých následuje analýza současného stavu. Nakonec je rozpracován konkrétní návrh způsobu financování velkého investičního projektu v malé obci. Výsledné návrhy by měly sloužit vedení obce jako informace o možnostech obecního rozpočtu při realizaci náročné investice a podklad pro rozhodování o způsobu financování. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This diploma thesis focuses on the EU structural funds and their utilization in the development of municipal infrastructure. The thesis starts by introducing the theoretical knowledge which is followed by analysis of the status quo. Finally, it elaborates concrete proposal for financing of large investment project in a small village. The results should help municipal council to realize the possibilities of municipal budget in the implementation of extensive investments and as the basis for decision making of the method of financing. | en |
