Právní aspekty provozu bezpilotních letadel - dronů

Abstract

V souvislosti s bouřlivým rozvojem bezpilotních prostředků je třeba pro zajištění bezpečnosti jak jejich, tak jejich okolí vytvořit pravidla pro jejich provoz. Na to reagují státy i mezinárodní organizace legislativou pro regulaci jejich provozu. Tento článek shrnuje, jaká jsou pravidla v ČR. Pojednává také o tom, jak vyřídit potřebná povolení, jsou-li předpisy vyžadována.In the context of rapid development of UAVs, to ensure their safety and safety of their surroundings, it is necessary to create rules for their operation. In response to this, countries and international organizations start legislation which regulates the operation of UAVs. This article sumamarizes what are these rules in the Czech Republic. It also discusses how to deal with the necessary permits, if they are required by the law.
