PŘECHODNÉ BYDLENÍ PRO STUDENTY

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je ďalšie rozpracovanie architektonickej štúdie vypracovanej na tému študentského bývania v Brne. Navrhnuté hlavné objekty sú riešené ako 4 podlažné, spojené centrálnym objektom, a vytvárajúce tak tvar U. Medzi jednotlivými krídlami objektu je vytvorený poloverejný priestor. Hlavná funkcia objektu je bývanie, avšak obsahuje aj komerčné priestory v 1NP. Hlavným cieľom práce bolo vytvoriť objekt, ktorý poskytne študentom zázemie pre štúdium a zároveň dostatok priestoru pre socializáciu.The subject of my bachelor thesis is a further elaboration of an architectural study on student housing in Brno. Buildings are designed in a U shape, with 2 main buildings on the sides, connected with a central smaller object in the front. They create a a semi-public space in-between. The main function is housing, although there is some commercial space offered on the ground floor. The main goal was to design a building that will provide comfortable space for studying and also social life.
