dc.description.abstract	Predmetom bakalárskej práce je konverzia obilného sila v Zlíne, ktoré leží na západnom okraji baťovského areálu, za hranicou Mestskej pamiatkovej zóny. Pozdĺž južnej strany pozemku vedie železničná trať č.331 Otrokovice-Vizovice a štvorprúdová cesta, ktorá je hlavnou dopravnou tepnou vedúcou cez celý Zlín. Hlavnou funkčnou náplňou tohto objektu v rámci jeho nového využitia je zážitkové centrum. Ponúka rôzne atrakcie ako napríklad, trampolínovú telocvičňu, laser game, zrkadlové bludisko, karaoke, indoor preliezky a atrakcie pre deti i dospelých. Okrem spomenutých zariadení sa v budove nachádza aj menšia nákupná zóna, reštaurácia, kancelárske priestory, ubytovacie zariadenie a kaviareň s vyhliadkou na mesto Zlín. Nové využitie tohto objektu prináša do to tejto okrajovej časti Zlína niečo nové a atraktívne a snaží sa tak túto mestskú časť zveľadiť a priviesť do nej ľudí. Z konštrukčného hľadiska sa jedná o budovu obdĺžnikového pôdorysu s plochou strechou, v minulosti rozdelenú do dvoch funkčných celkov: nižšia šesťpodlažná časť, používaná ako sklad a druhá vyššia 10 podlažná časť, v ktorej sa nachádzali jednotlivé silá. Nosný skelet tvoria železobetónové stĺpy kruhového profilu s priemerom 650mm v pôdorysnom rastri 6,15x6,15m, ktorý je typický pre baťovskú architektúru. Strop je železobetónový doskový so stužujúcimi rebrami. Skelet je po obvode vyplnený zvonku neomietaným pohľadovým murivom. Nové využitie budovy počíta s ponechaním súčasného stavu nosných konštrukcií. Výrazným zásahom je zbúranie stien medzi jednotlivými silami, ponechanie hlavných nosných stĺpov a úprava fasády z východnej a severnej strany.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a conversion of the grain silo in Zlín, which is situated at the western outskirts of the Bata´s area, behind the City heritage zone. Along the southern side of the property there is a railway no. 331 Otrokovice – Vizovice and a four-lane road which is the main traffic connection going through the entire city of Zlín. The main new function of the building is the adventure centre. It offers various activities such as trampoline gym, laser game, mirror maze, karaoke, indoor jungle gym for kids and adventure activities for adults. Apart from these, additional features can be found in the building, including a shopping mall, restaurant, offices, accommodation facilities and a café with a beautiful view of the city. The new function of the object brings an interesting feature to this part of the city and therefore makes the area more beautiful and attractive to people. Regarding the construction, the building has a rectangular ground plan, a flat roof and in the past it was functionally divided into 2 parts. The lower part with 6 floors was previously used as a fruit and vegetable warehouse. The second part with 10 floors is where the grain silos were situated. The load bearing skeleton is made of reinforced concrete round columns with a diameter of 650mm, in a ground plan grid of 6,15 x 6,15m which is typical for Baťa architecture. The floor slabs are made of reinforced concrete supported by stiffening secondary beams. The concrete frame structure is filled with brick masonry on the outer perimeter. The new functional use of the building keeps current state of the load bearing structures. A significant intervention is the demolition of walls between the silos, leaving only the load-bearing structure of columns and a modification the eastern and northern façade.	en
