Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a vybrat nejoptimálnější zdroj financování dlouhodobého majetku pro pana Zavadila, který podniká v oboru dopravy a spedice. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na možnosti financování investičního záměru a na metody, kterými se hodnotí efektivnost investice. V dalších kapitolách práce pojednává o plánovaném investičním projektu v konkrétním podniku, jeho charakteristice, komparaci jednotlivých možností financování investice a následně posuzuje jeho efektivnost. Výsledkem práce je návrh způsobu financování investice s doporučením pro podnik.
The aim of this master’s thesis is to design and choose the most optimal source of financing fixed assets for Mr. Zavadil, which operates in the field of transport and forwarding. The theoretical part is focused on the possibility of financing the investment plan and the methods by which evaluates the effectiveness of investment. In next chapters thesis deals with the planned investment project in a concrete company, its characteristic, comparison of the various options of financing investments in order to assess its efficiency. The result is a proposal on how to finance an investment with recommendation for the company.
