Stanovení hodnoty věcného břemene průchodu a průjezdu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty věcného břemene průchodu a průjezdu přes pozemek jiného vlastníka. Hodnota věcného břemene bude stanovena na dobu neurčitou, na dobu trvání 20 let a na dobu života oprávněného. Bude vypočítána cena obvyklá a cena administrativní. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu věcné břemeno, jeho možnosti vzniku, zániku a změn, a dále je uvedena problematika oceňování věcného břemene. V návrhové části je řešen konkrétní průchod a průjezd z hlediska užitku oprávněného a ztráty povinného.The subject of this thesis is to determine the value of the easement of way over the land of another owner. The value of the easement will be established for an indefinite period, the duration of 20 years and for the life of the creditor. It will be calculated current price and official price. The theoretical part is concentrated on clarifying the concept of an easement, the possibility of the constitution, termination and changes, hereinafter referred to problems of valuation of the easement. In the project part is solved the specific passage in terms of benefits warrantee and losses liable party.
