Abstract
V příspěvku je analyzován současný stav znalecké činnosti a počty znalců a znaleckých ústavů v ČR. V druhé části jsou představeny změny zákona č. 36/19*67 Sb., o znalcích a tlumočnících, které přinesl zákon č. 444/2011 Sb.
