Výběr a implementace informačního systému

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem informačního systému pro výrobní firmu a jeho následnou implementaci. V prvním oddílu práce jsou rozebrány teoretické základy potřebné pro lepší pochopení dalších dílčích částí. Další část práce je zaměřená na analýzu procesů sledovaného podniku, jež jsou hlavním podkladem pro návrhovou část. Třetí část se zabývá výběrem nejvhodnějšího informačního systému z hlediska nejlepší efektivity a pokrytí potřeb uživatelů, na niž je navázána čtvrtá část věnující se následné implementaci vybraného systému ve společnosti.

This thesis focuses on the selection of an information system for a manufacturing company and its subsequent implementation. The first section of the thesis discusses the theoretical foundations needed for a better understanding of the other parts. The next part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the processes of the company under study, which are the main basis for the design part. The third part deals with the selection of the most suitable information system in terms of the best efficiency and coverage of user needs, which is followed by the fourth part dealing with the subsequent implementation of the selected system in the company.
