Abstract

Když mluvíme o architektuře a přírodě, často si představíme budovy obrostlé popí návkami, zelené střechy, zelené terasy, nebo balkony. Jindy napodobeniny přírodních tvaru ve formě organických struktur. Možná by architektura neměla přírodu jen napodobovat. Možná by ji neměla do sebe jen vkládat jako čin určitého utopického ideálu. Vložení přírody do lidského prostředí většinou vnímáme v idealizované formě, jako krásné stromy, trávu a keře, které tvoří pěkné prostředí pro lidi. Často ale zapomínáme že příroda není krásná, je divoká a dělá si co chce. Nikdo by doma nechtěl špínu, prach, plíseň, myši nebo brouky – přitom je to přirozenost přírody. Lokalita určená pro tuto práci se nachází na těsně hranici člověka a přírody. Cílem této práce je navrhnout architekturu, kde degradace a přírodní vlivy nejsou vnímány jako negativní jev, ale jako proces. Zajímá mě architektura, která časem splyne se svým prostředím. Architektura, která počítá s vnější proměnou přírody a využívá ji pro své vlastní formování. Ne jako něco, čemu by měla architektura zabraňovat, ale jako proces, který je její přirozenou součástí.

When we talk about architecture and nature, we often think of buildings covered with pop trees, green roofs, green terraces or balconies. Other times we think of imitations of natural forms in the form of organic structures. Perhaps architecture should not just imitate nature. Maybe it shouldn't just incorporate it as an act of some utopian ideal. We usually see the insertion of nature into the human environment in an idealized form, as beautiful trees, grass and shrubs that create a nice environment for people. But we often forget that nature is not beautiful, it is wild and does what it wants. Nobody wants dirt, dust, mould, mice or bugs in their home - yet that is the nature of nature. The site for this work is located right on the border between man and nature. The aim of this work is to design an architecture where degradation and natural influences are not perceived as a negative phenomenon, but as a process. I am interested in an architecture that blends with its environment over time. An architecture that takes into account the external transformation of nature and uses it to shape itself. Not as something that architecture should prevent, but as a process that is a natural part of it.
