Abstract
Městský dům, s třemi hlavními funkcemi (bydlení, administrativa, vš koleje) a komerčním parterem doplněn výraznou budouvou kavárny-knihkupectví. Stojí na hranici historické části města sousedící s výstavbou ze 70.let 20. století, kde historické jádro bylo narušeno průtahem. Vertikální členění domu vychází z úzké historické parcelace.
Town house, with three main functions (housing, offices, student dormitories) and commercial parterre with significant building of café-bookstore. It stands on the edge of the historic city center adjacent to the construction of 70's 20th century, where the historic core was disrupted by draft-change wheel. The vertical structure of the house is based on the close historical allotments.
