| dc.description.abstract | Projekt Otevřeno! pracuje s kontextem proluky na ulici Hlinky poblíž centra města Brna. S mezerou, která je úzká a opomenutá, ale která taky čeká na své zaplnění, na propojení svých sousedů, na doplnění uliční čáry. Práce si klade za cíl nejen prostor efektivně zastavět do podoby bytového domu, ale zároveň nezapomenout na to, že proluka je otvor mezi dvěma světy: živou a rušnou ulicí a klidnou, zelenou zahradou na druhém okraji pozemku. Díky kombinaci plných objemů s otevřenými prostory vzniká příležitost chtít nahlédnout na druhou stranu – následovat sluneční světlo a vzdálený zpěv ptáků a v mezerách domu hledat fragmenty vzrostlého stromu. Svůj název, Otevřeno!, si projekt osvojuje i v měřítku interiéru a to v jednotlivých bytech, které jsou navrhnuty s různými stupni vzájemného sdílení i počtem uživatelů. Kombinace dřevěných zasunovacích příček umožňuje v prostoru modifikovat míru soukromí i atmosféru. Z hlediska mezilidských vztahů mezi obyvateli práce využívá principy komunitního bydlení, které dává lidem možnost v prostoru zakořenit i využít jej krátkodobě, což je ideální především pro mladé profesionály, studenty či seniory. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The Open! project works with the context of a gap on Hlinky Street near the centre of Brno City. A gap that is narrow and neglected, but also waiting to be filled, to connect its neighbours, to complete the street line. The aim of the work is not only to effectively fill the space in the form of a residential building, but also to remember that the gap is an opening between two worlds: a lively and busy street and a quiet, green garden on the other side of the plot. The combination of full volumes and open spaces creates the opportunity to peer over the edge - to follow the sunlight and distant chirping of birds, and to search for fragments of a grown tree in between. The project also takes its name, Open!, to the scale of the interior, with individual apartments designed with varying degrees of sharing and number of inhabitants. The combination of retractable wooden partitions allows the degree of privacy and atmosphere in the space to be modified. In terms of interpersonal relationships between the occupants, the work uses principles of communal living, giving people the opportunity to take roots in the space as well as use it on a short-term basis, which is particularly ideal for young professionals, students or the elderly. | en |
