Ekonomické a finanční hodnocení společnosti s využitím metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení výkonnosti vybrané společnosti pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Struktura práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům, která tvoří základ pro aplikaci metody na konkrétní společnost. Následuje analytická část, kde je provedena strategická a finanční analýza zkoumané společnosti. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje návrh implementace metody BSC, včetně stanovení organizačních předpokladů, časového plánu, formulace strategických cílů a zpracování strategické mapy. Součástí návrhu jsou rovněž zhodnocené přínosy a možná rizika spojená se zavedením této metody.The thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of the selected company using the Balanced Scorecard method. The structure of the thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background, which forms the basis for the application of the method to a specific company. This is followed by the analytical part, where the strategic and financial analysis of the company under study is performed. The final part of the thesis contains a proposal for the determination of organizational assumptions, a time plan, the formulation of strategic objectives and the development of a strategy map. The proposal also includes an assessment of the benefits and possible risks associated with the implementation of this method.
