Návrh na změnu systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti MODUS, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného systému poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých benefitů a návrhem na jejich zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky týkající se odměňování a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Cílem je analyzovat poskytované benefity a zhodnotit na základě provedené analýzy zda jsou optimálně nastaveny. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a uvedena doporučení, která by vedla ke zvýšení efektivnosti systému poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých výhod.Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of current system of providing employees benefits with proposal of their improvement. In teoretical part there are findings relevant to remuneration and employees benefits. The goal is analysing of providing benefits and on the base of performed analysis evaluating if they are set optimally. At the end there is summary of resultes and recommendation, which would lead to the increasing effectiveness of system of providing emloyees advantages.
