Detekce fibrilace síní zPPG signálu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá snímáním a následným předzpracováním fotopletysmografických (PPG) signálů a k nim referenčních elektrokardiografických signálů. Dále se věnuje návrhu vlastního algoritmu pro detekci systolických peaků v PPG a vývoji algoritmu pro detekci fibrilace síní z PPG. Výsledkem praktické části práce je funkční klasifikační algoritmus, který je schopen rozřadit data do dvou skupin – signály obsahující sinusový rytmus a signály obsahující fibrilaci síní.The work deals with acquisition and subsequent preprocessing of photoplethysmography (PPG) signals and the reference electrocardiographic signals. The thesis also includes the development of an algorithm for systolic peak detection in PPG and the development of an algorithm for detecting atrial fibrillation from PPG data. The practical part of the thesis resulted in a functional classification algorithm that is capable of dividing data into two categories – signals with sinus rhythm and signals with atrial fibrillation.
