Abstract
Tato nová série odborných článků bude postihovat problematiku důležitou pro vlastníky strojů a zařízení, tedy procentně největší skupinu používaných strojních zařízení, nemá však ambice stát se úplným výčtem naprosto všech možností a variant. Záběr je široký, tak aby postihoval naprostou většinu různých typů strojů, ale rozhodně půjde najít stroje, na které bude možné tyto články aplikovat spíše okrajově. Série vychází z požadavků legislativy v České republice (ČR) v roce 2025, ježto vychází z požadavků Evropské Unie v této době. Seriál je koncipován jako pomoc pro zodpovědné osoby za dané stroje, které by měly vědět, za co jsou zodpovědné, jaké kontroly, prohlídky a inspekce, popřípadě revize je třeba provést tak, aby byl stroj bezpečný, aby neubližoval lidem a aby tím pádem automaticky minimalizoval pravděpodobnost kontroly ze strany dozorového orgánu (SUIP) s výsledkem, kdy byl nalezen nesoulad s požadavky, a to ať už legislativními nebo technickými. Obojí může vést k pokutě či dalším právním krokům.
This new series of professional articles will cover issues important to owners of machines and equipment, i.e. the largest percentage group of used machinery, but it does not have the ambition to become a complete list of absolutely all options and variants. The scope is broad, so as to cover the vast majority of different types of machines, but it will definitely be possible to find machines to which these articles can be applied rather marginally. The series is based on the requirements of legislation in the Czech Republic (CR) in 2025, as it is based on the requirements of the European Union at this time. The series is designed to help those responsible for the machines, who should know what they are responsible for, what checks, examinations and inspections, or revisions need to be carried out so that the machine is safe, does not harm people and thus automatically minimizes the likelihood of an inspection by the supervisory authority (SUIP) with the result that non-compliance with the requirements, whether legislative or technical, is found. Both can lead to a fine or further legal action.
