Analýza trhu alternativního bydlení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá alternativním bydlením v kontextu současné situace na trhu s nemovitostmi a zároveň práce zkoumá motivace a preference osob, které zvažují pořízení alternativního bydlení. Cílem práce je definovat alternativní bydlení, analyzovat jeho postavení vůči tradičním způsobům bydlení a identifikovat hlavní motivace zájemců o alternativní obydlí. V teoretické části je popsán trh s nemovitostmi a alternativním bydlením, na které následně navazuje výzkumná část práce. K dosažení zmiňovaných cílů byla využita kombinace kvalitativního výzkumu (rozhovory) a kvantitativního výzkumu (anketní šetření), přičemž propojení dat zajistilo komplexní pohled na momentální situaci alternativního bydlení v ČR a současně byly identifikovány rozhodovací faktory respondentů pro potencionální rozvoj tohoto typu bydlení.

The bachelor thesis deals with alternative housing in the context of the current situation on the real estate market and at the same time the thesis examines the motivations and preferences of people who are considering the acquisition of alternative housing. The aim of the thesis is to define alternative housing, analyse its position in relation to traditional housing and identify the main motivations of those interested in alternative housing. The theoretical part describes the real estate market and alternative housing, which is then followed by the research part of the thesis. In order to achieve the above mentioned objectives, a combination of qualitative research (interviews) and quantitative research (survey research) was used, whereby the interconnection of data provided a comprehensive view of the current situation of alternative housing in the Czech Republic and at the same time identified the respondents decision factors for the potential development of this type of housing.
