Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Abstract

Práca za zaoberá analýzou informačného systému spoločnosti ALUMA ČS, s.r.o., na základe ktorej sú vytvorené návrhy na zlepšenie tejto situácie, ktoré sú zároveň kľúčovou časťou práce. Teoretická časť práce je zameraná na vysvetlenie danej problematiky, predovšetkým ERP systémov a s nimi súvisiacich oblastí. Praktická časť je zameraná na už spomenutú analýzu, ktorá sa zaoberá procesy, IT vybavenie a systémy využívané v organizácii, ako aj na návrhy v informačnom systéme.This thesis deals with the analysis of the ALUMA ČS, s.r.o. company information system, which then serves as the basis for several designs, created to improve the current situation. These designs are the key part of this work. The theoretical part of this work focuses on explaining the given issues, mainly ERP systems and related areas. The practical part focuses on the aforementioned analysis, which deals with processes, IT equipment and systems used in the company, as well as on the designs for the information system.
