Ekonomická efektivnost veřejného stavebního projektu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti veřejného stavebního podniku s využitím analýzy užitků a nákladů (Cost Benefit Analysis, CBA). První teoretická část popisuje obecnou metodiku analýzy CBA. V této části jsou popsány jednotlivé kapitoly, včetně definovaného obsahu. Dále jsou v této práci popsány metodiky tvorby finančních a ekonomických toků společně se stanovením ukazatelů ekonomické efektivnosti. V praktické části práce byly vypracovány kapitoly analýzy CBA dle struktury definované v části teoretické. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracování případové studie, která zhodnotila ekonomickou efektivnost projektu společně využitím citlivostní analýzy.The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the economic efficiency of a public construction company using Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). The first theoretical part describes the general methodology of CBA. This part describes the individual chapters, including the defined content. Furthermore, the methodologies of financial and economic flow generation are described together with the determination of economic efficiency indicators. In the practical part of the thesis, the chapters of the CBA have been developed according to the structure defined in the theoretical part. The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to develop a case study that evaluated the economic efficiency of the project together using sensitivity analysis.
