Abstract
Témou tejto práce je návrh časti informačného systému firmy. Obsahuje analýzu súčasného stavu informačného systému a konkrétne procesy, ktoré prebiehajú pri správe zákazníkov. Výsledkom je návrh zmien procesov systému, vedúcich k zlepšeniu a zjednodušeniu chodu informačného systému.
The theme of this work is the design component of an information system of company. Includes analysis of the current state of information system and specifically the processes taking place in managing customers. The result is the system design process changes, to improve and simplify the operation of information system.
