Posouzení návratnosti investice do pasivního a standardního rodinného domu ve Zlíně

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení ekonomické návratnosti investice do pasivního domu v porovnání se standardním domem. V práci jsou uvedeny běžné problémy pasivní výstavby, historie, požadavky, vlastnosti a použité materiály. Způsob hodnocení je založen na návratnosti počáteční investice do pasivního domu. Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na materiály s tepelně izolačními vlastnostmi a softwarový výpočet roční spotřeby energií. V závěru práce byla provedena analýza cen energií v čase návratnosti. Výstupem práce je doba návratnosti počáteční investice do pasivního domu v letech, při dvou různých cenách spotřebních energií.The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the economic return of the investment in the passive house compared to the standard house. The thesis presents the common problems of passive construction, history, requirements, properties and used materials. The method of assessment is based on the return on initial investment in the passive house. The main part of the thesis focuses on materials with thermal insulating properties and software calculation of annual energy consumption. At the end of the thesis an analysis of energy prices at the time of return was made. The output of the work is the payback time of the initial investment in the passive house in years at two different prices of energy consumption.
