dc.description.abstract	Tato práce si bere za cíl představit problematiku post-katastrofické rekonstrukce území a obydlí se zaměřením na dočasné formy bydlení. Kvůli komplexnosti tématu je v textu představeno vícero různých aspektů, od mobilních staveb a základů environmentalistiky a zahraniční pomoci, přes dočasná post-katastrofická sídla a stavby, až po hodnotící databáze přechodných post-katastrofických staveb. Pozorování je zaměřeno především na přístřešky vznikající těsně po katastrofě. Na základě studia příruček, směrnic, post-katastrofických zpráv a analýzy objektů do nouzových situací byla autorem formulována hypotéza, stanovující nejdůležitější faktory, na kterých závisí úspěšná implementace mobilních staveb do post-katastrofických podmínek. Těmito faktory jsou: transportovatelnost, ekonomičnost, univerzálnost s možností adaptace na místo katastrofy a vývoj v čase. Hypotéza byla ověřena na příkladech vybraných 17 mobilních staveb a v ateliérových studentských pracích. Vedle globálního představení problematiky post-katastrofické rekonstrukce obydlí z více úhlů a formulování základní hypotézy spočívá přínos této práce ve stanovení tří okruhů současných mobilních staveb, v určení základních typů vznikajících přechodných staveb a v popisu post-katastrofických staveb a sídel.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the dissertation is to present the issue of post-catastrophic reconstruction of and and dwellings with focus on temporary forms of housing. Given the complexity of the topic, various aspects are presented, from mobile houses, the basics of environmentalism and foreign aid through temporary post-catastrophic dwellings and constructions to assessment databases of temporary post-catastrophic constructions. Observation is focused mainly on constructions and shelters built shortly after the catastrophe. Based on the study of manuals, directives, post-catastrophic reports and analyses of constructions for emergency situations, a hypothesis was created that determines the factors for the success of mobile houses in post-catastrophic conditions. The crucial factors are: transportability, efficiency, versatility, adaptability to the place of catastrophe and development in time. The hypothesis was verified on a sample of 17 selected mobile houses and on student´s works. The contribution of this dissertation is global evaluation of the issue of post-catastrophic reconstruction from several points of view, formulation of three areas of current mobile and basic types of transitional shelters, the description of post-disaster reconstruction of land and dwellings.	en
