| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce rozebírá a posuzuje investiční projekt společnosti SAKO Brno, a.s. a jeho vlastní efektivnost. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky o investiční činnosti, postup a možné metody jejího hodnocení. Druhá část je věnovaná seznámení s firmou a investičním projektem „Odpadové hospodářství Brno“. Dále je provedena finanční analýza a propočty spojené s investičním projektem. V závěru dojde ke zhodnocení, zdali je projekt rentabilní, kdy dojde k jeho návratnosti a k formulování případných opatření pro další investiční projekty. | cs |
