Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje průběhu zakázky ve vybraném podniku Tydra, který se zabývá službami, konkrétně vypůjčováním vodáckého vybavení. Práce je založena na informacích získaných výzkumem a popisuje průběh zakázky v podniku od poptávky od zákazníka, přes vypůjčení materiálu až po vrácení materiálu. Smyslem této práce je průběh zakázky analyzovat, stanovit problémy, které zde nastávají a popsat návrhy, které povedou ke zefektivnění průběhu zakázky ve zvoleném podniku.The diploma thesis is devoted to the course of the contract in the selected company Tydra, which deals with services, specifically renting canoeing equipment. The thesis is based on information obtained through research and describes the order flow in the company from the customer's request, through the rental of the material to the return of the material. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the order flow, to identify the problems that arise and to describe suggestions that will lead to a more efficient order flow in the chosen enterprise.
