Centrum vinařství Němčičky – Průmyslové stavby

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby centra vinařství v Němčičkách, nacházejícím se na pozemku katastrálního území Němčičky u Hustopečí. Cílem je vytvořit architektonický a urbanistický koncept, který bude lákadlem místním i vzdáleným vinařům. Vzhledem k rázu krajiny chce stavba působit nenápadně a s místní lokalitou spíše splynout, než si jí podmaňovat, z toho důvodu má objekt SO 01 (centrum vinařství) fasádu ze zrcadlových panelů Ruukki. Ve kterých se má odrážet místní vinné sady. Opakem je objekt SO 02 (Rozhledna vinařství), která tvoří krajinou dominantu.The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a design of new-build winemaking center in Němčičky situated on the cadastral territory Němčičky u Hustopečí. The goal of this work is to create an architectural and urban conception, which will be an attraction for both local and distant winemakers. Due to the surrounding landscape the building is designed as inconspicuous and the purpose is to rather blend in with the landscape than to subdue it. For this reason the object SO 01 (the winemaking center) has a façade made of mirror panels Ruukki in which the surrounding vineyards should reflect. The opposite is the object SO 02 (the lookout tower) which creates landscape dominance.
