dc.description.abstractAbstrakt Navržená budova nové radnice pro Brno-sever se nachází na místě dnešních kasáren v Černých Polích, a to na velmi exponovaném nároží Provazníkovy ulice a třídy Generála Píky. Na rozdíl od obytné zástavby není uzavřeným blokem, naopak otvírá svou náruč veřejnosti a tvoří náměstí lemované stromořadím. Radnici tvoří tři objekty s různými funkcemi: pětipodlažní budova s kancelářemi je můstkem spojena s budovou třípodlažní, kde jsou umístěny sály. Třetím objektem je devítipatrová vyhlídková radniční věž.cs
dc.description.abstractAbstract The new Town Hall of Brno-sever is located in today´s barracks in Černá Pole. It is situated on the very prominent corner of Provazníkova street and Gen. Píka avenue. In contrast to the residential structure, the Town Hall opens to the public and creates a new square lined with trees. The Town Hall consists of three objects: the building with offices and the building with halls are connected with a bridge. The third object is the observation tower.en
