dc.description.abstractNávrh obnovuje areál zábrdovických lázní jako sportovně-relaxační centrum s vazbou na nově vzniklou čtvrť v areálu Zbrojovky. Do areálu je umístěna novostavba v podobě železobetonové skořepiny, která podporuje atraktivitu areálu a vytváří zajímavý kontrast, který vyzdvihuje význam funkcionalistické památky. V areálu je pro návštěvníky nachystáno fitnes centrum, komunitní centrum s knihovnou, restaurace, bazénová hala a centrum raketových sportů. Dále jsou v centru umístěny komerční a kancelářské prostory. Celý areál má parkový charakter a je doplněn venkovními sportovišti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe project recreates the Zábrdovice spa area as a sports and relaxation center with a link to the newly built neighborhood in the Zbrojovka area. A new building in the form of concrete shell is placed in the complex, which promotes the attractiveness of the area and creates an interesting contrast that emphasizes the importance of functionalist monuments. A fitness center, a community center with a library, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a rocket sports center are on site. There are also commercial and office spaces in the center. The whole area has a park character and is complemented by outdoor sports grounds.en
