Autoři se zaměřili na představení vybraných změn v oblasti tachografů, které Evropská komise přinesla v rámci tzv. „Balíčku mobility“. Znalost změn je pro znalce důležitá pro kvalitní znaleckou činnost v oblasti tachografů.
