Ocenění podniku XYZ s.r.o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ocenění podniku XYZ s.r.o. výnosovou metodou. V první části diplomové práce jsou vymezena teoretická východiska oceňování podniku. V analytické části práce je vypracována strategická analýza, finanční analýza oceňovaného podniku a následně je vypracován finanční plán. V praktické části této diplomové práce je podnik oceněn pomocí výnosové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků a v závěru diplomové práce je uvedena hodnota ocenění k 1. 1. 2012.The thesis is focusing on the valuation of the company XYZ Ltd. using the vield method. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical basic of the evaluation. The analytic part of the tesis is dealing with strategic analysis, award-winning enterprise, and finaly there is a preparation of the financial plan. In the practical part of this thesis there is an enterprise valuation using the yield discounted cash flow method and the conclusion of the thesis contains the value appreciation on 1. 1. 2012.
